This headset was purchase for work but the sound quality is awesome! I did not really expect much but the sound when I get a chance to play music is great! Not much more to say... easy to use great sound!

But the wire always entangled and sponge quality can be improved; easier torn. In addition, without the sponge, the sound quality is much compromised.

I bought my Plantronics - .Audio 478 around a year ago, just today one of the wires came out and one of the speakers doesn't work anymore. However, from the experience I've had with this headset I'd say it's an amazing product for its value. The headset has pretty high quality audio so I was able to listen to music while playing my games. The microphone is amazing, too. I used it for a lot of YouTube videos and it works great, high quality too. It has noise cancellation too, which is a plus.
The Earphones are great, but it took a while to get used to. Folding made it real simple to take from place to place. Mine even came with a bag, not sure if this one does.
